Vision
Vision
David - a man after God's own heart. More is written about David than any other man in scripture. An understanding of his life is crucial to our end-time mandate. We are on the brink of one of the most crucial times in history. Just when everyone is saying, peace, peace, forces of darkness are going to be unleashed on an unsuspecting world with unprecedented fury. To combat this darkness God is raising up a people after His own heart who are going to conquer the darkness. The purpose of Heart of David Ministries is to see this end-time army called forth, equipped and sent out to take their families, cities, countries and nations of the earth.
This Gospel of the Kingdom shall be preached in all the world as a witness to all the nations and then the end shall come. Matthew 24:14.
The following are the four mandates God has given us.
1. Continuous Worship and Intercession
We believe ministry and worship to the Lord is to be the most important and vitalizing part of our lives, giving our hearts to Him without restraint and letting Him pour His heart through us in intercession. We want this to be the foundation of everything we are called to do.
2. Sending out Prophetic and Apostolic Teams to Impact the Nations
This includes training, equipping, and creating a launching pad for teams to go out to New Zealand and the nations of the earth.
3. Restoration
- For men to rise up and take their positions of authority and responsibility as God has ordained.
- To see the hearts of the Fathers turned toward the children and the hearts of the children toward their Fathers.
- Healing and restoration for the brokenhearted, particularly the widow and fatherless.
4. Release of Divine Creativity
Our heart is to see every one of the above mandates achieved by the release of creative expression. We believe God is yet to reveal the full extent of this creativity.
At this stage we have begun to use prophetic stories and dance to help bring restoration to the Body of Christ. We will continue to develop in this area and we believe that God wants to use it to impact the unsaved and turn them to Christ.
David, a person after God's own heart, expressed himself through music and writing and dance. We believe that God has many Davids in this generation. It is our heart to see them called forth and released.
